Manager - Land Acquisition - Real Estate

Job Detail :

- Identification of land for development either outright purchase or joint venture.

- Scrutinizes legal documents like Property Card, 7/12 extracts, Agreements, Stamp Duty, Conveyance, etc.

- Evaluates Land & Properties and proposes feasible options for decision making.

- Co-ordination with internal & external stake holders.

Education Qualification : BE / B.Tech / Civil

- Possesses knowledge of laws and procedures involved in land acquisition, related statutory rules & regulations.

- Knowledge on the area, types of construction, developers in the vicinity, available land banks etc.

- Maintain relationships with the local governing authorities concerning land buying transactions.
