- Expertise in Land feasibility,Land acquisitions,Valuation and strategic consultancy. Prior working experience with JLLM, Cushman &Wakefield, CBRE, C&EWith their Land Acquisition Department

Job Description :

- Real Estate expansion, identification & closing new sites

- Formulated a strategic plan for expansion based on market potential to achieve maximum penetration.

- End to End coordination from site identification to project opening which includes Legal, Design & Construction,

- Planning, Licensing etc.

- Negotiation & closing the transaction

- Strategic Consulting, Valuation and Feasibility study

- Real estate Market research, keep track of real estate database and building bye laws, finalization of Valuation

- Reports Coordination among Engineers and Agencies at Company- s

- Responsible for interacting with retailers, making presentations and closing deals for execution of LOI, Lease agreement, CAM agreement and Regular Payment.
