Manager - Knowledge Trainer

This is with reference to an urgent assignment for a Knowledge Trainer with one of our client into consulting domain.

JD:

Graduate/ Post Graduate with minimum 8 years of work experience.

The individual will be responsible for collaborative relationships within the global knowledge organization, service line leaders, vendors and Procurement to understand business drivers, design and deliver programs of mutual benefit to customers, and to leverage, learn and minimize redundancies.

Work in a team or individually to support the deployment of knowledge tools and services, including creating and using proven project planning and project management approaches

Provide Help Desk support and coaching to practitioners who need guidance on what knowledge resources to use and how to use them.

Strong experience in creating learning and development programs using innovative solutions

Experience with online research databases and websites, business information tools and corporate intranets
