We are seeking a strong, experienced candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset to fill a Manager position within the Knowledge Support Services team with a mandate to help build, lead and develop a team of Content Managers and Knowledge Curation specialists. The KSS Manager will run the Content Management Program, which was established with the ultimate goal of improving intellectual property base (with a focus on data, benchmarks, knowledge content creators, and improve operations and productivity by reducing duplicate analytical information, methodologies, frameworks, etc), provide leverage to experts and work.

The right candidate will set a very high standard of compliance, quality and operational excellence for the team, develop and expand processes to support functional objectives, and the team to manage a flow of projects in a decisive, timely and action-oriented manner to align ongoing operations with new challenges and opportunities. The KSS Manager will help meet both the service and the professional development goals of the group.

She/he will also be responsible for developing and enhancing KSS team's service portfolio by proactively leading the development and expansion of the overall scope of services for the Content Management Program.

YOU'RE GOOD AT :

- Managing and developing a team of KM professionals. Evaluate resource needs and gaps and lead recruiting and on boarding efforts.

- Coaching, providing feedback and motivating team members through clear communication, appropriate delegation, and targeted interventions to ensure high quality output

- Thriving in a learning rich, fast-paced and challenging professional environment focused on achieving the highest levels of customer service, compliance, and quality.

- Engaging with key stakeholders i.e. Practice Area leadership to drive project planning and resourcing needs. Also, providing regular leadership updates through project dashboards and address any questions.

- Managing overall KM team's business relationships with participating Topic Teams and develop new ones. Tracking team's activity and proactively liaise with Practice Area teams to understand emerging needs; develop and introduces new services or service enhancements

- Implementing necessary metrics (Key Performance Indicators) and reporting schedule to track KM team's and project effectiveness, productivity, quality, and compliance and continuously evaluate teams' success and plans to expand coverage and size

- Implement exceptional operational processes, quality assurance and customer service standards to ensure efficient and effective operations of a KM team - Establish quality standards and assist the team in meeting highest levels of quality and service standard.

- Building a spirit of teaming by encouraging desired behaviours, ensure team affiliation, morale and delivery of high-quality output - Help orchestrate smooth collaboration between KM team and other functional teams

YOU BRING :

- 10+ years of relevant work experience and 3+ years of Leadership, Project and People Management experience is required (preferably with in a professional services firm.)

- Bachelor's degree is required; Master's Degree or equivalent is preferred; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Library/Information Sciences or similar are also preferred

- Superior written/verbal communication skills; Solid problem-solving orientation, ability to work in a fast-paced, team and service-oriented and global environment

- Experience in building and successfully implementing team services (e.g., team development, process development/deployment and incentive structure design) and demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries

- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels through establishing positive, mutually respectful, and productive working relationships

- Advanced KM capabilities with proven experience in techniques and approaches

- Proven strong business skills, sound business judgment and relevant knowledge; sense of pragmatism (80/20) and hands-on agile work combined with strong attention to detail and rigor; ability to work in virtual team serving and synergistically
