Manager - Knowledge Management - BFSI/BPO/KPO

Purpose :

- Responsible and accountable for strategizing, leading and delivering Knowledge Management projects.

- Lead and manage teams working on multiple Knowledge Management, Content Management projects

Responsibility :

- Managing Delivery: Initiation till closure, stakeholder relationship, status reporting, and escalation management.

- Should liaison with the business to develop organizational knowledge management strategy. Understand information needs, conduct gap analysis and recommend optimal solutions

- Responsible for delivery of all projects in knowledge management, process documentation projects, and digital content management

- Manage stakeholder relationships, and support the vertical lead in successfully facilitating necessary negotiations for business development to acquire new projects

- Recommend, implement and administer methods and procedures to enhance KM operations

- Manage, lead, direct, and supervise assigned direct reports, including general leadership, planning, organizing, reviewing and performance management

- Share responsibility with KM lead for the P&L and value targets of Knowledge Management business vertical

- Work as an individual contributor on strategic Knowledge Management projects

Candidate Required Profile :

- Graduate/ Post-graduate - MBA

- 6 - 10 Years experience in Knowledge Management consulting or support with an exposure to digital content management projects.

- 3+ years of Core Knowledge Management consulting experience (external/ internal)

- Knowledge of KM technology tools (i.e. SharePoint portals, intelligent agents, collaborative technologies, search engines, expert systems, Content Management Systems, etc.)

- Ability to access and assess information regarding the effectiveness and applicability of KM tools, systems and holistic thinking

- Knowing business imperatives and aligning KM with them

- Understanding the unique skills needed to effectively leverage knowledge
