Knowledge Management team focuses on strategizing and creating structured, accessible, reusable and relevant content for Industry/Functional practitioners. Knowledge Advisor should be able to architect knowledge management and delivery strategy for the specific responsibility area via understanding of business strategy and challenges. The individual should focus on ensuring successful execution of content management lifecycle and meeting business relevant KPIs/targets. Knowledge Advisor is expected to: - Understand business requirements from - Chemical &amp; Natural Resources- IMD, offering leads, Research, Marketing etc to set strategic needs/goals/priorities for knowledge management and delivery (should have Industry/Function knowledge) - Operational Excellence with good understanding of " Chemical &amp; Natural Resources " industry - Architect knowledge delivery strategy by understanding usage patterns, identifying actions to improve search, content placement, site strategy, building awareness of new assets and effective usage of different delivery channels. This also includes identifying goals, knowledge gaps, developing action plan to address gaps - Accountable for successful execution of knowledge management lifecycle encompassing curation processes (e.g., collection, QA, posting, retirement and escalations), maintenance and driving usage - Ensure ongoing insight into pre-sales, sales, and project delivery - Identify projects relevant to business needs and receive submissions in real time - Work with experts (including Offering Planning and Development) to close gaps on existing knowledge that is inaccessible online - Provide support to address Front Door queries - Be well-known within the practice as the single point of contact for practitioners to reach out for knowledge related queries and to contribute new knowledge - Analyze effectiveness of delivery mechanisms by working along with PI&amp;T Data, Analytics &amp; Measurement to understand the trends, usage patterns etc. and make improvements - Execute change management and communication plan with practice leadership to foster a culture of content contribution and reuse - Enable and use champion network to drive knowledge culture (increase reuse and contributions) - Enable community activities through active participation and content sharing in the community forums - Supervise and coach Knowledge Curators to deliver practice business objectives - Conduct talent development for Curators and Administrators Key Responsibilities Value Creator - Showcase Industry/Function knowledge and should act as a be a trusted advisor for business (Function/Industry stakeholders) - Define Knowledge management strategy by understanding strategic investment priorities of Industry/Function Leadership Business Operator - Ability to work closely with leadership in a dynamic, and fast-paced environment requiring the individual to manage simultaneously several tasks, while paying attention to detail and quality - Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships at all organizational levels with internal stakeholders - Strategizes according to the metrics and results analysis - Ensures transparency of contents created - Promotes reuse of relevant key knowledge assets for the industry People Developer - Supervise and coach Knowledge Curators to deliver DTE/function business objectives - Ability/ experience in leading a team. - Shares best practices, insights and expertise with others Key Relationships - Interaction Knowledge Business Partner, Knowledge Management and Delivery Lead, IPM, OPD, Offering Leads, Consulting practices leads, Industry Management Director, Industry segment lead, Diamond Clients Accounts Lead, Client Account Lead, Marketing, Learning &amp; Talent development, Research etc. Qualifications and Experience Education Post Graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA) Work Experience - 10-12 years of overall experience working in Industry/ consulting roles - Past experience in Knowledge Management, Content Management and/ or Program Management role is preferred - Ability to develop and maintain successful working relationships at an executive level and be viewed as a subject expert whose opinion is sought where necessary - Ability to lead a team - Excellent standard of written and spoken English Skills Required - Strong understanding of MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel, WordPress) - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Project management skills - Team management skills Professional Skills Requirements - Ability to strategize content in line with business expectations - Strong execution skills.
