Responsibilities
Become an expert in company's solutions for businesses and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs
Provide dedicated account management to strategic accounts and build on account growth
Responsible to do research on strategic accounts and build long term relationships
Develop and implement programs to improve the customer experience
Consult and coach clients as required
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
Identify opportunities to improve products and the customer experience
Work cross-functionally with different teams to increase customer satisfaction
Requirements
Excellent communication skills - written + oral
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
Strong critical thinking skills. Ability to handle and set client expectations
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate within a high-performing team
Basic Understanding of Technology i.e. IT services & solutions
Sound working knowledge of MS Excel
5+ years of account management experience
