We are hiring a Key Account Manager(National role for West) and Regional role for North& South India for one of our FMCG Client.
The primary responsibility is to handle the e-commerce channel for the Food/FMCG category to generate revenue and build consumer engagement
Business Responsibility:
- Prepare the Modern Trade sales strategy & growth plans in line with business strategy.
- Driving operational efficiency for modern trade channel.
- Develop and manage a long-term customer strategy and relationship with key accounts.
- Define and lead the process of negotiating annual customer trade terms.
- Lead and develop the Key Accounts Team.
- Work closely with Key Account Managers in achieving company's objective and vision.
- Achieve all key sales measures and targets for national accounts (Revenue, Gross Margin, Trade Spends).
Digital Marketing/eCommerce:
- Lead the overall strategy, planning, and execution for all Omni Channel/ eCommerce platforms
- Digital campaigns management . Responsible for website management and deliver activities to drive traffic to the website
A successful candidate must have :
- Candidates from Beauty and Wellness and Food OR FMCG industry preferred
- Candidates having worked in D2C industry highly preferred
- Candidates should have experience in e-commerce
- Candidates with good Modern trade experience preferred.
- Current/Previous as a National Key Account Manager/Regional Role is a MUST
- Additional experience in Trade Marketing or Regional Sales will be an advantage
