Role Summary
This role will be responsible for formulating and executing the E commerce Strategy
Essence of Role - Key Accountabilities
Revenue :
- Landscaping the ecommerce Market from FMCG stand point
- Developing the Portfolio strategy
- Developing the Go to Market Strategy
- Developing the Sales and Marketing strategy for E commerce
- Delivering Budgeted revenue & managing the channel P&L.
Activation & Marketing
- Understanding competitor landscaping areas of E Commerce
- Category Revenue Potential in E commerce
- Understanding Key Drivers, Consumer purchase behaviours in E Commerce.
- Developing & Optimizing Marketing Strategies for consumer accusition & Brand Engagement.
Role Dimensions :
Financial Dimensions - Managing the Channel P&L, Delivery of Revenue & Management Expenditure
Non-Financial Dimensions - Vendor, Cross Functional & People Management. Developing Marketing Strategy for E commerce, Developing customized product portfolio for E commerce.
Educational Qualifications - MBA in Marketing
Experience Required :
3-5 Years in E commerce, managing or working in E commerce
- 7-10 Years of Total Experience
- Understanding of FMCG categories (Personal Care)
- Strong PC literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent Presentation Skills
- Terminologies in E commerce
- Understanding of E commerce
