3.Job Role :
- The job involves of handling large Key Accounts (Pan India), You will be responsible for achieving Targets and Promotional activity for Organized Retail Store Key Accounts, Preparing sales plans and making strategies to achieve targets given to Key Accounts team. Providing all sales & marketing supports, arranging campaigns for Trade to enable them to achieve sales target of their territory, Maintaining & increasing market share in the segment where company operates; ensuring credit control of all the outlets. Handling all day to day operations like Base stock fixing, Inventory planning, stocks rotation, visual merchandising, promotions, EOSS activities, manpower planning, MIS tracking & sales analysis, etc. to smoothen sales activities. Sales Development & Account Management,
- Product Strategy Design; Product Development & Costing/Pricing
- Institutional/b2b Sales
- Customer Relationship Management - 360 degrees
- Competitor/Industry Tracking & Trend Analysis
- Demand Planning / Forecasting & Supply Chain Analysis
- Facilitation of testing; audits & certifications
Candidate Background :
- PG with good experience in Institutional & Key Accounts Management would be preferred, Candidates with experience from FURNITURE/ MATTRESS / PLASTICS / AIR CONDITIONERS / TVs/ FRIDGES / COOLERS / MOBILES / TEXTILE / WOOD /TILES / /GLASS,(Consumer electronics and Home Appliances) Textiles & Apparels / Gems & Jewelry / Leather & Similar Consumer industry candidates would be preferred.
