Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Understanding the market dynamics and designing & implementing strategic sales plan to acquire new clients, increase revenue and increase the contribution margin quarter on quarter
- Identifying appropriate prospects, setting appointments, making effective qualifying sales calls, and managing sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
- Devise a strategy to acquire relevant leads, work on quick onboarding of strategic clients and maintain the CRM for pipeline aggressively
- Meet potential clients and pitch the product, solicit feedback and alter negotiating strategies based on the feedback with the objective of achieving high client onboarding rate for yourself and your team
- Ensuring collections/receivables come from the client on time as per designated terms
Preparing professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, and other documentation as required for client presentations
- End-to-end P&L responsibility of the set of accounts. This typically includes margin setting, credit period, collections etc.
