Job Summary Roles &amp; Responsibilities (essential functions and responsibilities of the job) Required Skill Sets 1) Solution development a. Design of IT solution, involving the following: i. Requirement Gathering, As-Is Analysis for IT systems. ii. Solution Architecture, DPR for Large Government projects. iii. Preparation of IT Solution Cost estimates, CAPEX and OPEX scenarios. b. Bid Process Management i. Preparation of Technical sections of Request For Proposal (RFP)/ Tender Documents ii. Technical evaluation of IT solutions. iii. Assistance in drafting Purchase Orders. c. Support during Project Implementation &amp; Project Management i. Ability to liaison with multiple stakeholders including management, ecosystem partners, vendors etc. ii. Knowledge of biometrics/technology/security iii. Status reporting and monitoring, Service Level Agreement (SLA) monitoring. iv. Analysis/Evaluation of technical documents of the project. d. Other Tasks i. Validation of SRS, FRS, SOP etc. ii. Assistance in UAT/QA of application software. 2) Project Delivery a. On allocated accounts, ensure successful client delivery, including identifying and addressing emerging issues, delivering all client commitments within time/budget constraints, effective reporting and meeting/exceeding client service and quality standards. b. Assist with advising teams on the best use of project management disciplines and approaches and act as the first point of contact for any program management queries. c. Develop positive relationships with teams to enable the team to provide support including facilitation, tracking and reporting on projects, and training. d. Share lessons learned and best practices across programs, building relationships with stakeholders and brokering relationships at all levels. e. Coordination of project Governance arrangements, Post Project Reviews, Programme level workshops 3) Business Development: a. Work, in a collaborative manner, alongside the campaign leaders and other teams to pursue and respond to client opportunities. Identify additional opportunities that maybe be strategic and viable Education and Experience: - Post-Graduation: MBA (Preferable not mandatory) - Graduation: BE/BTech/MCA/MSc (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or equivalent). Certifications (Preferable not mandatory) Having one or more of the following certifications will be an added advantage: - PMP - Prince-2 - TOGAF - ITIL - COBIT - Six Sigma Green / Black Belt Work Experience - The candidate should possess post-qualification relevant 5 years of experience working in Consulting /IT/ITES firm. - Experience of working with Indian Government (Central, State, ULBs)/related agencies is preferred. However, this will not be a mandatory requirement. Tools &amp; Techniques - Thorough knowledge of MS office and other project management tools. Knowledge of biometrics, digital identity UIDAI, Direct Benefit Transfer Schemes, and cyber security (Preferable not mandatory) Personality traits (desired) - Strong communications skills, both written and verbal. Communicating passion, energy, intensity, and excitement in a direct, apolitical, way. - Ability to handle complex assignment independently. - Ability to work with ambiguity.
