Manager - IT Solution - Healthcare

- Minimum 13 years of professional experience

- Experience in delivering Advance Analytics, data science, various machine learning models.

- Experience in various statistical models.

- Experiene in Microsoft Azure stack, Azure ML, Databricks.

- Experience current / or prior hands on in the following technologies Azure stack, Power BI, Data science related tech stack, Oracle

- Knowledge of medical devices and/or pharmaceutical industry and basic knowledge of adjacent areas in terms of processes, organization, products and IS requirements preferred

- Experience working with executive business stakeholders is required.

- Proficient in productivity technologies, Excel, Share Point, visual analytic tools

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix organization structure with significant emphasis on collaboration and persuasion, rather than relying entirely on command and control.

- Experience documenting complex processes and presenting them in a clear and understandable format is required.

- Experience understanding, evaluating, and recommending changes to business processes are required.

- Expertise of Agile Development methodologies preferred

- Ability to collaborate with technical, GIO teams to develop rough order of magnitude work estimates

- Experience developing business processes to drive efficiencies business results

- Understands business needs, ability to work strategically with multiple facets of a global business.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
