Manager - IT Security / Audit / Governance - Lower Parel

Information Security :

- Create and Review of documents related to Information Security Procedures.

- Convene quarterly Information Security Committee meeting.

- Assess existing IT security and propose suitable solutions.

- Manage implementation of projects related to Information Security.

- Conduct quarterly BCP drill and annual DR-drill.

- Create, review and implement DR policy and procedures.

IT Audit :

- Interface with auditors during audit of IT department.

- Interface with auditors for IT related observations during audit of other departments.

- Prepare draft response for audit observations and queries.

- Keep track of all audit reports of IT department and co-ordinate with concerned teams to ensure closure within given time.

- Interfacing with auditors and preparing draft responses

- Tracking of Audit Reports

IT Governance :

- Create SOPs and templates for internal monitoring of IT.

- To own and manage Change Management Process.

- Create policies and procedures related to IT Governance and Excellence

- Monitor and ensure that all IT policies and procedures are being followed. Escalate in case of any shortcoming.

- Prepare different monthly MIS about overall functioning of IT department.

- Annual review of existing IT Policies and Procedures
