Job Description:
We are looking for a high-performing "IT Sales Manager" to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage potential deals from lead to close globally
- Build a hungry, driven, world-class sales team that consistently hits goals
- Build repeatable and scalable sales processes that achieve accelerated growth and turn a young company's early growth potential into that of a well-trained army.
- Set quarterly, half-yearly, annual sales goals, manage the team towards achieving them. Identify critical issues impacting the team's performance and fix problems.
- Engage, network, and close deals with customers, across industries
- Develop and implement a sales strategy for multiple service lines across geographies.
- Identify and close new opportunities to expand both vertical wise and geographically
- Work closely with the team to manage and be accountable for a data-driven sales process & sales efficiency.
- Collaborate and work closely with multi-disciplinary teams like Delivery, Partner to deliver the set goals and remove any roadblocks along the way
You must have:
- IT Sales Professional with 5-10 years of experience in International Sales Selling IT Services.
- Managing Sales & Business Development functions for North America, UK/EMEA
- Sales Cycle Management RFPs/RFQs/RFIs/NDA/MSA of various Technology related opportunities &
executing Sales conversions till closure.
- Should be able to generate 1 to 2 M USD Sales.
