Job Description:
- Candidate would be expected to work from Home or remotely, must have his laptop and high speed internet connection . This opening is for a startup based overseas and has already around 25+ team members working for them in India .
- Handling the complete recruitment life cycle i.e. right from understanding the profile to sourcing and screening, telephonic interview, co-ordination of interviews, salary negotiation, post offer process and final joining.
- Sourcing the required profiles through job portals, references, headhunting and mapping techniques.
- Screening applicants to assess technical competence, credentials and attitude.
- Taking telephonic interviews and shortlisting interested candidates based on suitability of the profile as per clients requirement based on experience in the industry, skills, assignments handled, communication etc.
Candidate specifications:
- Candidates should have a passion for recruitment.
- Minimum 4+years of experience in IT / technical recruitment
- Should be target oriented.
- Should possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
