Manager - IT Infrastructure & Project - PMP Certified - BPO

Industry : MetLife GOSC

Location : Noida

Timing : 2-11pm

Qualification : Combined IT experience in build-outs, and knowledge of Data Center setup and technologies pertaining to Networking, Server & Telecom. BPO experience is must.

The candidate should be PMP certified. PMP Certification is a must. ITIL certification would be added advantage.

Specific experience : Excellent Interpersonal /Communication/Negotiation/Conflict resolution/ People Management skills

Principal Accountabilities of Position:

Functional: (Process /Technical /Operational)

- Plan, perform and manage projects with the ability to multi-task between several IT projects independently and changing priorities and schedules simultaneously

- Manage on-shore / off-shore relationships with the goal of becoming the SPOC for the business and IT teams

- Document scope and approach of the project and maintain project documentation.

- Consult with the business for all technology related aspects, such as PC specs, server space, voice, printing, IT security, process functionality, etc

- Work with technology teams to identify and recommend solutions best suited for the business to operate from the off-shore centre.

- Ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with established specifications, schedules, and budgets; meet with key team members on a regular basis to review progress

- Documentation presentation skills - to support project documentation and executive update

- Set up necessary key touch-point meetings in the process- as determined through project execution life cycle

- Maintaining Follow-up system for action and deadlines for successful project implementations

- Ensure that all projects are working according to the PMI methodologies

Financial - Track project related budgets

People - Work with cross-functional teams to meet project deliverables
