ISP - MPLS VPN, IP VPN,

Telecom - Lease Line, ISDN, Wireless RF, V-SAT

IT Infrastructure - FMS, Data Centre Support & Operation, Structured Cabling, UPS, Space Management

Operating System - Microsoft Windows Client & Servers (2012), AIX 5.3, 6.1 (LPAR environment)

Operational Proficiency - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Visio.

Hardware - PC, Laptops, Tablets, Server System , Storage & backup devices.

Having exposure in

- Project management (Plant IT setups)

- Vendor management, Negotiation

- ERP system

- Disaster Recovery Planning and Implementation

- IT Budgets

- Business partnering

- IT audits

- Database management

- Video conferencing setups
