- Experience of 7-8 years in building a robust IT Infrastructure and driving strong security standards. - Plan the overall IT Infrastructure Management across all locations. Lead the network & data security across the organisation and implement function-specific policies. Manage & control overall IT spending across the organisation. - Manage IT assets across the organisation and optimise the performance & cost without impacting productivity. Implement a data privacy policy across all the applications and ensure legal checks and controls are in place. Optimise the usage of all the cloud resources - Create and implement policies around the email exchange (G-Suite/Microsoft) and different software usage (including MS Office) - Regularly audit the IT infrastructure, keep it aligned with all the legally required, and decide on implementing the latest technology and reviewing all new projects; new technical designs; for Information risks and advice on suitable controls and mitigations at the early stages of the program. - Implement the security policies and evaluate the efficacy of the controls periodically. Assess and classify all potential business and infrastructure information risks. Execute risk analysis on IT applications/services. - Develop our overall risk profile and action plans to mitigate risks. Perform end-to-end security assessment (e.g., vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, configuration review, etc.) on assets and vendor offerings. Define and continuously update the company's incident response and disaster recovery plans - Verifying third-party vendors' security and collaborating with them to meet security requirements.
