Manager - IT Infrastructure - Conglomerate

- The role entails end to end management of IT Infrastructure for all domestic as well as overseas locations for the group with focus on data centre management as well as network operation centre management.

Description

- In Charge for all Infrastructures related Projects, Data Centres and Network Operation Centres across all domestic and overseas locations

- Facilitating Technology Strategy and Implementation of large-scale Transformation Projects and Programs (IT, OT/IOT and PCD) in India, Singapore, Dubai, Malaysia and Australia

- Define, develop, maintain and oversee implementation of Network, Data centre and information security

- Co-ordinate with various Corporate, BU IT and IT outsourcing partner to ensure smooth deployment and implementations

- Review the Network, Data centre, DR and security design of new projects (apps, infra) or changes to existing systems by internal teams or by the IT service partner(s)

- Research latest market / technology trends for IT, OT/IOT and PCD and information security

- Ensure key information security risks, incidents, audit findings and events are monitored and managed; communicate major security breaches / risks to Board

- Leading IT IT, OT/IOT and PCD projects (Network, Server, Storage, IOT,PCD and Administration)

- Manage IT vendors/contractors, IT contracts and outsourcing management; Compliance Management

- Ensure high availability of networks, IT systems & applications across 15+ project sites, manufacturing units & office for 5000+ end users

Profile

- B.E./B.Tech /M.E./M.TECH. - Computer Science & Engg. / MCA

- 10+ years of hands-on experience with managing end to end IT Infrastructure

- Experience of setting up Data Centres from scratch

- Strong problem-solving skills

- ITIL, CCNA, MCSE, PMP, CDCE certifications would be an added advantage

- Excellent communication skills
