Description - Manage all inbound incidents and escalations from the Service Desk, local IT resources and ensure organizational alignment with HQ. Assist the organization set up a new office in Bangalore and establish a new call center.

Our client is a US headquartered energy retail organization. With current market capitalization at $ 2 Billion and huge plans of expansion across the globe they currently operate in the American market largely.

Job Description:

- Manage local IT resources and ensure organizational alignment with HQ.

- Act as local lead for all IT related issues.

- Manage and oversee Just Energys LAN, WAN and network security infrastructure.

- Assists in the development in the next generation IP based network services & Setting up of new office.

- Install\configure\manage network appliances.

- Maintains network QoS policies for sensitive network traffic

Profile:

- Should have 10-14 years of overall experience preferably from IT Services or BPO industry.

- Should have ITIL, VM or related certification in IT Infrastructure Management.

- Experience in setting up of office infrastructure & establishment of call center from scratch.
