Manager - IT Incubation - Startup

Looking for professionals having experience in developing and growing unique business model for Start-ups and accelerators.

Candidates with experience in STARTUP INCUBATION/ACCELERATORS may only apply.

- Work with the National Start-up Center Head and the team to set the program strategy

- Promote National Start-up center to attract the best startups and help build and shape the brand image

- Build and manage a pool of investors, mentors, Government bodies, service companies and connect them to Startups and support in raising funds successfully for their ventures.

- Support in promoting, attracting and selection of potential startups

- Understand requirements of startups to design, develop and implement envisioning exercises, market strategies, new programs and services, business plans, financial models, operational plans, client agreements, defining deliverable, their timelines and monitor progress of startups and any other specific requirements that are required for the start ups in their success.

- Organise programmes for potential startups for the incubation / accelerators program.

- Analyze financial statements, forecasts and funding requirements of each potential startup.

- Support startups by providing high-quality coaching and advisory support either through self or professional practitioners

- Represent in various Forums, meetups and seminars

- Can develop a dynamic start-up environment

- Person should have the ability to work under pressure

- Willingness to travel on need basis.

- Confident in dealing with a wide range of senior-level decision makers in a variety of organisations.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a MBA degree.
