Job Description : The role entails end to end project management and Governing IT - Partners for IT across BU & measure SLA & KRAs for the group.

Description :

- Financial Planning & Budget Governance: Financial Planning and Budgeting for Group IT; Tracking Planned vs Spend; Monthly Reconciliation; Key participant and contributor in budget planning and oversees operational spend during execution of all projects by tracking, monitoring and reporting progress to line manager

- SLA based Balanced Performance Scorecard (BSC): Defining & Tracking BU Level for BSC, OLAs, Reporting compliance

- Partner Mgmt.: Simplify Partner Landscape through Partner consolidation; Partner Satisfaction survey

- Contract Mgmt.: A  category contracts to have SLA availability with bonus / penalty clause; SLA measurement mechanism to be operationalized with m-o-m reporting; Service improvement plan (proactive / derived from CAPA)

- Contracts Life cycle management: Ensuring all partner activities are against valid contracts; Ensuring renewal / termination as per contracted timelines

- Partner Service Mgmt.: Monthly Governance Reviews on Contract deliverables; Adherence to Contractual Business Reviews

- Provides insight and regional intelligence with respect to competitive challenges as well as reference to pace of change in the real world aiming to assure the constant competitive

- Environment: Performs day-to-day activates to meet departmental/project objectives. Requires limited supervision. Applies commonly recognised concepts within their field of expertise. Shares Knowledge with less experienced peers or have high collegial interaction. Raises innovative ideas

- Acts with indirect supervisory responsibilities in addition to own work assignments. Variety of complex tasks within area of responsibility

- Demonstrates initiative & contributes to problem solving; Acts with independence and discretion in routine matters

- Accountable for quality, accuracy and efficiency. Actions and errors can have functional area impact

Profile :

- Master's degree (Science/Computer Application preferred), COBIT / CGEIT Certification preferred

- Overall 8 to 11 years of relevant work experience with minimum of 6 years of project & program management experience

- Strong project management, program management, IT governance & problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication skills, both written & oral
