Manager - IT Cyber Security - Manufacturing Firm

- Looking for Cyber / IT Security Manager who is subject matter expert of IT security domain and Lead the Information Security & Cyber Security Portfolio.

- IT Security Roadmap & Projects

- To build strategy on implementing security standards

- Act as Solution architect for security setup

- Develop, Enhance / Security Roadmap, solutions (As is Vs to be)

- Evaluate & Implement Cyber Security/Information Security solutions in line with Market trends & Business Requirements

- Recognize the emerging technology trends and ensure cybersecurity controls are implemented to secure the ever-changing landscape

- Build partnerships with Security products Vendors and Security Solution providers

- Lead, Strategize Security training for Internal IT Teams & Awareness trainings for the Business Teams

IT Security Operations

- Leads discussions on Security issues and ensure timely resolution

- Acts as escalation point for Major Security incidents, issues or problems

- IT Infrastructure stability and effective cybersecurity management using proactive monitoring mechanism

- Support the Internal IT Team in ensuring identified Security control gaps are understood and remediated

IT Security Risk Management & Governance

- Strong Review and Governance structure for Security Operations and regular security operations Review

- Review of IT Team & Business teams related systems & processes to ensure they are aligned with Information Security policies and process

- Understand key cybersecurity considerations in relation to the Applications and Infra platforms, Including Cyber Security Risks & Controls

- Perform Security Risk Assessment on IT Infrastructure, Application, Cloud and New Requirements

- Prepare Security Risk Dashboard & Publish to Stake holders, Track Risk Remediation & Ensure Remediation

- Ensure participation in Management forum and provide update on security posture of the Organization

IT Audits & Compliance

- Ensure Internal/External Audits are carried out as per Schedule

- Coordinate with Teams during Audit

- Collect, Review and submit the evidence from teams to audit within Agreed timelines

- Follow up on post audit remediation and closures of finding
