Manager - IT Cyber Security & Governance - Consumer Durable

Purpose of the Role:

The purpose of this role is to drive cybersecurity initiatives within Marico, manage the IT Interface of internal operating controls, processes and practices for effective Risk Management in the organization.

Qualification & Experience:

- Qualifications: BE / MBA

- Experience: at least 4 Years relevant experience

- Professional qualifications like (ISO 27001/CRISC/CGEIT/CISM/COBIT etc.

- Good knowledge of ITGC

- Working Knowledge of SAP GRC will be preferred

- Preferred experience in Audit firms/ Security advisory firms

Key Deliverables of the Role:

- Ensure that all information assets and systems of Marico are protected, the exposures which may affect availability, integrity & confidentiality are identified, and appropriate controls are implemented

- Create, Review and Modify Marico Information / Cyber Security policies, procedures & guidelines reflecting requirements of India regulatory laws/ acts and international framework / best practices

- Coordinate with vendors & internal stake holders to manage Cyber Security Services. Take preventive/ corrective actions against cyber incidents

- Coordinate with various internal / external audits for IT general control / VA PT etc. and provide details / evidences to them as per requirements. Ensure that all feasible audit observations and internal/ external advisory measures are implemented through respective IT teams

- Ensure that appropriate testing of information security, IT business continuity and disaster recovery plans are carried out to meet business needs

- Capture & share knowledge for information/ cybersecurity within IT team to enhance capabilities and to strengthen the awareness to end users including contractors

- Handle the SAP GRC, SAP Spa and IT Audit interfaces and ensure right compliance to the laid down rules
