Excellent opportunity in Big 4 for Manager - IT Audit/Bangalore

RESPONSIBILITIES :

The responsibilities attributable to this role will include some or all of the following:

- Leading the team and participating in performing SOC 1/2/3, IT SOX 404 risk assessments and audits and Compliance Security Assessments

- Working with onshore counterparts as part of project/engagement planning and providing necessary governance throughout the assessment/project life cycle

- Help achieve business profitability, growth and quality goals for the team being led

- Ensuring the team's compliance with the applicable Risk Management policies

- Helping the team members in setting and working towards a chosen and well-defined career path

- Participating in defined Business and Practice development initiatives

- Conducting continuous knowledge sharing sessions and preparing/reviewing/updating the knowledge documents

EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND :

The candidate, at a minimum, should have 8-15 years of experience in any of/across the following:

- Control assurance and Risk Management

- SSAE16/18, ISAE3402, SOC 1/2/3 assessments

- IT SOX Risk Assessments and Audits

- Compliance Security Assessments

- IT Internal Audit engagements

Big 4 experience preferred

Should have led a team for at least 6 years of which should have been directly responsible for playing the role of a performance manager/counselor for a minimum of 3 years

Prior experience in the following areas is desirable:

- Strong knowledge of COSO and CobiT frameworks

- ISO 27001 and ISO20000 implementation/assessment preferred
