This is regarding opening with a leading Pvt Bank as an IT Audit Manager

Designation: IT audit Manager

Experience: 4+ years of work experience IT audit with BFSI Industry

Location: Mumbai

Job Role :

- After scoping, budgeting, and meeting with important stakeholders including the CTO, CISO, and CRO, develop the Risk Based Audit Framework, adhering to RBI rules, embracing ISO 27001 Standards, and establishing the IT Audit plan for the bank.

- Oversee and communicate with partners in outsourced auditing, focusing on audit duration and expense minimization, enhancing productivity without requiring extra resources, and producing excellent audit work products that can be submitted to the board.

- Carry out Human Resource Management tasks, such as performance reviews, hiring and keeping top personnel, and creating team training programs.

- Create and oversee the program for quality assurance and improvement, and assist with both internal and external quality evaluations.
