Manager - IT and Administration About Company : Leading International Bank Location : Mumbai Experience : 7 - 15 Years Function : Technology - IT &amp; Systems Job Description : - Handle IT services, size of the Mumbai office is 40 people - IT network Management - Local Data Centres - IT service issues - RBI related data centers - Network Administration Qualification : Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology Working Days : 5 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM) - Responsible for overall Facility related services like Security, Housekeeping and Office Maintenance etc. for Branches and HO. - Managing welfare services. (i.e., Medical, Stationery, Staff Transport and Canteen services) at Branches and HO. - Ensuring the maintenance of Electro Mechanical Equipments, Fire Alarm Panel &amp; Fire Fighting Equipments, Office Utilities to ensure efficiency at Branches and HO. - Keeping track of AMC, Insurance of Office Assets &amp; Equipments and records. - To prepare Annual Budgets for both Opex and Capex items and keep monthly track of all the expenses incurred as per the Budget at all the Branches and HO and make provision of the same. - Asset Management for the Organization pertaining to all Branches and HO. - Design and implement Organizational Processes to all Branches and HO. - Vendor management - Managing and evaluating a pool of Vendors for Capex and Opex items and continuously broadening the funnel for competent and cost effective Vendors. - Manage and track the performance of all service providers, suppliers and conduct periodical vendor evaluations. - Co-ordinate and handle Business Continuity Plan and Crisis Scenarios effectively - Ensuring necessary logistics supports to various Departments and Business Units to carryout day-to-day activities and in case of special requirements. - Maintain a high level of satisfaction with internal and external stakeholders - Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payments to Landlords, Maintenance societies, Utility services, Facility services etc. at Branches and HO. - Recommending plans for cost optimization, War on Waste and efficiency enhancement. - Ensuring Statutory compliances w.r.t. Branches and HO in coordination with respective Stake Holders.
