1) Strategic Planning & Budgeting

a) To formulate and implement IT strategies in line with the Business objectives

b) To develop long term action plans to ensure optimum and enhanced utilization of the IT (implemented applications, infrastructure, network and resources).

c) To drive cost efficiency through proper budgeting in all spheres of IT and capacity utilization of the team

2) IT Application & System Management

a) To analyse the existing processes and evaluate new web based applications to integrate into the system

b) Responsible for complete management Application and others Apps used by different Depts

c) To train the end user on new/ modified software to maximise the productivity level

d) Coordinates third-party maintenance for telecommunications services.

3) IT Administration

a) To oversee all aspects of IT infra department operations including Communication (LAN, WAN, email, etc.), database, backup recovery, regulatory compliance.

b) To establish and implement 'best-practice' standards as well as departmental policies and procedures.

c) To maintain the overall security of the Organisations' network, systems, and data.

d) To own and maintain strict controls on data/system backups and recoverability.

e) To monitor, track and reconcile the assets (IT inventory) on timely basis

f) To ensure effectiveness of security solutions, including firewalls, anti-virus solutions, and intrusion detection systems.

g)To ensure Leased assets, renewals, contract management, CCTV, recoveries are managed on timely basis

h) To ensure adherence of all IT related compliances

4) Leadership & Team Management

a) To direct, supervise and develop team to achieve assigned targets & maintain good relationships

b) To ensure self & team's alignment to organizational goals, policies and provide support to other departments

c) To monitor, equip the team to monitor themselves & engage in constant performance discussion to identify gaps and improve performance

d) To create a succession plan in order to build strong second line leadership team

e) To develop oneself and team through organizational initiatives like coaching, training, continuous feedback session, etc
