Position: Manager-IPO Fund End Use Monitoring/ Audit (CA)

Role:

- To work on audit of End use Monitoring of funds raised through IPOs

- Ensure that IPO Proceeds are being used for stated purposes

- Do periodic collection, analysis of information and due diligence on fund end use

- Work closely in building a team

- Work closely with regulators

Requirements:

- CA

- 3-7 yrs of experience, preferably at a Bank/ Financial institution/ Big 4 in Audit with experience in monitoring end use of funds

- Experience in audit across multiple Industries.

- Good communication skills

- Good stakeholder management skills

- Good attention to detail

- Self driven

Location: Mumbai
