Manager - IPM - Pharma

We are looking at Manager - IPM for a leading Pharma Client .

KRA's:

- Devise IP search strategies and conduct searches

- Identify blocking IP and help in building IP strategy

- Prepare various IP reports (FTO/ patentability, etc.)

- Prepare preliminary patent draft, filing & prosecution

- Track the technology/ IP space for CI input

- Support in securing other IPRs (Design/TM/Copyright)

- Support in Publication & CI activities

Must Have :

We need a candidate with Electronics/ Computer Science Engineering background, to conduct IP search, IP due diligence, report preparation, patent drafting & prosecution activities, in the areas of wearable devices, medical devices, connected Apps, software, and other digital spaces.
