Job Description

- Tracking, Understanding and Responding to the queries (Fund Performance, Portfolio Company, Tax matters, etc) raised by Investors (Institutional & Retail) and developing the process around it.

- Develop Investor Relation Calendar for various activities and track for its timely execution.

- Setting the robust process to ensure smooth onboarding of Investors.

- Active co-ordination with the Fund Accountants / Fund Administrators / Internal team to implement suitable changes for smooth Investor Servicing and sourcing relevant information.

- Improvise / Rationalise the current process.

- Onboarded Investors are across the Fund entities based in India, Mauritius, and Singapore.

Candidate

- Mid-level Leadership role

- Around 5 years of work ex in an AIF/PMS space in the IR function

- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
