Manager - Investor Relations - Private Equity/Financial Services Sector

JOB PROFILE :

- List out Investor reporting requirements for each of the Funds from the LPA, Side Letters and Due diligence checklists and get a sign off from legal and product.

- Liaise with Investment teams to prepare the Quarterly newsletters, LP disclosure reports / statements.

- Liaise with marketing team to understand investor requirements and provide appropriate information to meet their requirements.

- Liaise with Ops team to obtain the financial and performance metrics with respect to funds.

- Ensure all Investor reporting requirements as listed above are met in timely manner.

- Attend to Investor queries and liaise with relevant people to ensure a response is sent out in shortest possible time depending upon nature of query.

- Create and act upon Investor trigger checklist to identify matters to be reported to Investors in coordination with investment and ops team Keep upto date with recent regulatory changes and send out appropriate alerts and analysis to reflect the impact of the regulatory change on the business.

- Understand evolving Investor reporting formats or information in the industry to reformat/restructure formats, wherever required.

- Lead the preparation for Limited Partner meetings by collating information from various teams.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Qualifications : MBA

Years of Experience: 6 years -12 years. Preference of work experience in Private Equity or Financial services sector

Functional Competencies:

- Sound understanding of the business of Private Funds/Private equity/Financial service sector.

- Strongly proficient in MS Office

- Good coordination and team player

- Strong communication and writing skills

- To understand financial reports and study daily financial market happenings
