Role Description:

Interacting with investors/ analysts, as well as senior management of the company, with a view to provide right information to investors and simultaneously bring in investor perspective to company management.

Responsibilities:

- Assisting in preparation of investor messaging

- Organizing and coordinating various investor company interaction

- Analyzing valuation of the company in comparison with that of peers

- Analyzing the changes in shareholding pattern of the company

- Tracking the changes in regulatory environment and helping the company to comply with the same

Candidate Profile:

- CA/MBA with 2-4 years experience in Investor Relations

- Good understanding of financial statements, ratio analysis, valuation methodologies and industry analysis frameworks
