Drive the business strategy by building relationship and managing external stakeholders.
Job Description:
1. Regular interaction with the existing investor and manage seamless relationships with them and provide company updates and plans. Interaction and networking with potential future investors (PE Funds, Investments Banks, etc).
2. Work closely on merger & acquisition. Scan the Target Universe, Facilitating Due Diligence - Biz & Commercial, Legal, Valuation Support, Term Sheet & Transaction Documentation Support
3. Conduct market intelligence and keep a vigilant check on the stakeholders.
4. Responsible to manage business analytics for ensuring right business decisions.
5. Responsible for financial modelling for business lines, Long term strategic planning, Monitoring and implementation of strategic projects, Annual Budgeting at company level and business line level (Providing guidance to Business - Top Down perspective, Enabling bridging the gap-Bottom Up Perspective), Facilitating business reviews, Monitoring of operational and financial KPIs at company level and apprising the CMD.
6. Work on Business case evaluation, Capex proposal evaluation, Operations support
