Manager - Investor Relations

- The role will be responsible for managing the communication between the company and its investors through timely release of information, handling inquiries and meetings, verifying and reporting information.

- The role will include, but not limited to the following:

- Benchmark Investor Relations practices, best in class annual reports, competitive analysis and development of financial models with various top global companies and ensure implementation of the same

- Independently track industry as well as peer performances, and, carry out detailed sector research and shareholding analysis for Top Management

- Effectively coordinate with analysts/ investors for Initiating coverage, post earnings report feedback, doubt clarifications, investor communications

- Develop communication and proactively address analyst requirements and Investor concerns

- Liaise with PR team & CS team to ensure all website compliances; Investor disclosures

- Keep abreast with industry best practices and provide regular insights on business development and market landscape

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Qualified CA /MBA Tier 1 /CFA candidates with minimum 3-5 years of prior experience as Equity - Research, Analyst/ Analyst, with Banks, FIs, brokerage houses/ Investor Relations role of a listed entity

- Have a remarkable understanding of Financial Statements, strong analytical skills

- The candidate should have the ability to effectively communicate, present and influence stakeholders

- Knowledge of PIT (Prevention of Insider Trading) regulations would be a plus

- Working relationships with research analysts would be a plus
