Manager - Investor Relations - BFS

Key Responsibilities -

- Develop financial models and perform various competitive analyses and benchmarking of the company relative to Indian and global peers.

- Tracking industry as well as peer performances and carrying out detailed sector research for Top Management.

- Working towards creating investor communication through website, presentations etc.

- Assisting in preparing quarterly/annual earnings press releases, result presentations and investor presentations.

- Benchmarking our annual report with best-in-class annual reports across the world

- Benchmarking Investor Relations practices with various top global companies

- Assisting in creating high quality Annual Report for the company

- Supporting in preparing for roadshows, investor conferences and various other events

- Assisting in conducting conference calls, investor/analyst meets, one-on-one and group meetings and communicating the key feedback to the management

- Preparing Talk Tracks, Q&A documents, etc. for Top Management

- Carrying out detailed shareholding analysis for the top management team.

QUALIFICATION:

CA or MBA (Full Time)

EXPERIENCE:

2 to 3 years (preferable in Financial Services)
