Designation : Investor Relations Manager

Location: Gurugram Onsite

Experience - 10 to 12 years in Investor Relations ,Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis ,M&A, Stakeholder Management

Roles and Responsibilities:

- The primary objective is to facilitate effective communication between the company's management and investors, covering various aspects such as strategy, business plans, budgets, and annual results through both verbal and written means.

- The investor relations manager is responsible for maintaining an accurate Investor Relations (IR) plan and adapting it as needed, utilizing various financial models, tools, and metrics for comprehensive analysis and competitive assessment.

- Analyze corporate activities for investors, identifying networking & other opportunities to build and create new initiatives.

- Facilitate financial analyst meetings, investors, brokers and PR firms accordingly including the co-ordination with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

- Provide peer analysis for internal stakeholders for comparison.

- Develop financial models and analysis for preparation with the investors and analysts.

- Produces quarterly and annual shareholder reports

- Ability to perform and excelling in financial analysis at a legal entity to provide insights and analytics as a one-person army

- Create and update investors presentations

- Act as a true chief of staff for the CFO

- Manage investor relations in tracking and analyzing sell and buy side financial models and competitors financial performance

- Must have demonstrated experience in an investor relations role for 8-10 years for a mid-size listed India based company.

- Demonstrated FP&A background in a complex, multi region operations as a must as well.

- Ability to convert complex financial information into understandable text and insights.
