Job Description :
Incumbent will be responsible for :
- Project appraisal : Candidate would be responsible for appraisal of project (both utility scale & rooftop) and preparation of investment memo for the presentation to internal Investment Committee/ Board. Will have to review RfPs/ PPAs to identify key risks.
- M&A Appraisal of the opportunity, preparing financial model and presenting it to internal Investment Committee. Negotiating support on term sheets / reviewing agreements.
- Co-ordinate with internal teams (BD/ Design/O&M/ compliance etc)
- Portfolio Management - Monitoring of the Project investments to check the performance with the investment case
- Knowledge initiatives
Educational Qualifications and Work Experience:
- B. Tech and MBA Batch 2012 to 2015 (Only from IIM/FMS/MDI / Narsee Monjee/ IMT / XIMB/ XIMS and types)
- Prior work experience in infrastructure,Power,Solar sector is a must
