1.Work with the BD head to sign/acquire new projects for the growth of the organization. 2.Will handle the detailed business plan. 3.Understand a micro-market and do a feasibility study on the same 4.Work with the design team and sales team to design a market acceptable product 5.Work with the sales team and strategy team to formulate a sales and pricing strategy 6.Financial closure of the project 7.Deal Structuring, preparing and negotiating term sheets, conducting due diligence, identifying and mitigating credit risks, overseeing the preparation of credit notes/ information memorandum and post-sanction documentation.
