Manager - Investment Operations - Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurate accounting of trades and corporate actions

- Integration of investment trail balance with main accounting system

- To ensure proper checks and controls in daily processes

- Closely work with front office team, custody and finance team to ensure daily activity is performed accurately and timely

- Daily Cash-flow planning and co-ordination with finance team for optimum cash management

- Effective tracking and execution of corporate actions

- Monitoring of investment limits (internal limits / regulatory limits)

- Resolving audit queries of concurrent audit, statutory audit and system audit

- Preparation of IRDA returns on monthly and quarterly basis

- Preparation and providing required data/information to stakeholders and Management team

Requirements:

- Qualification - MBA / CA preferred

- Only candidates with Life Insurance / mutual funds background are preferred.

- Good knowledge of Fund Accounting & NAV calculations
