Job Title : Investment Manager

Job Summary : Investment Principal responsibilities are deeply understanding the business model and analyze market.

Responsibilities are tailored to the analyst's experience and skill set, but primary tasks include performing due diligence and market sizing analysis, supporting deal flow activities and screening investment and M&A opportunities.

Job Responsibilities :

- Sourcing companies in the deal flow pipeline according to Mynavi's investment thesis

- Building proprietary industry executive and start-up founder relationships and networking

- Reviewing business plan and pitch deck, Attending and engaging in pre-screening meetings for prospective investment opportunities

- Involvement in all aspects of due diligence on new investments (business analysis, industry thesis, sourcing investments, competitive landscape, business/pricing model, and financial modeling/deal structuring)

- Analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly deal flow activities

- Paricipating the meeting of the existing portfolio and working in a strategic capacity as needed

- Creating global business through Investment and M&A activities, and synergies between portfolios.

Qualifications and Skills:

- An undergraduate or graduate degree in entrepreneurship, business, finance, economics, investments or other related fields

- Previous experience with market sizing, analyzing competitive landscapes, research projects and financial modeling

- Strong interest in innovation, entrepreneurship and how a business should effectively function

- Excellent quantitative, financial and analytical skills

- Ability to quickly learn how to filter start-up, pre-screen investment opportunities

- Comfortable doing market research and report ups

- Self-starter with autonomy and managing multiple projects concurrently

- Strong organizational and interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

- Flexible, proactive, and collaborative player

- Great guts in seeing projects through to completion

- Must be good responsive to requests and able to meet deadlines

- Flexibility with working hours

- Experience with sourcing tool such as Tracxn etc

Education & Experience Requirements :

- As an principal more than 3-5 years professional work experience (Must)

- Bachelor's, Master/PG degree of MBA or related certificate

- Experience working as a investment firm, related job (Preferred)

- Experience working for a start-up
