We are hiring of leading Investment banking organization at Mumbai/ Gurgaon.

Role : Financial analyst/Investment banking analyst

Experience : 6to 9yrs

Education : MBA from tier 1 /tier 2 institute/ CA/ CFA completed

Role :

- Provide support to the team in executing M&A and Private Equity fund raise transactions

- Support on marketing pitches for M&A transactions

- Preparing Pitchbooks and Involved in financial statement analysis and corporate valuations

- Prepare presentations and other materials for client pitch books

- Develop and maintain financial models for a company or set of companies

- Develop DCF models

- Provide support to the team in executing M&A and Private Equity fund raise transactions

- Risk Management

- Support on marketing pitches for M&A transactions
