Manager - Investment Banking

- Prepare investment note to board for investee companies.

- Assist in Investor relations on behalf of the fund with UHNI, Family Offices, Institutions and International conglomerates.

- Assist and appoint Bank and other financial intermediaries in various countries as partners to market the fund to their clients, handhold their sales teams, including product information, KYC etc.

- Assist the Partner in fund raise and road shows including preparing presentations and investment collateral.

- Help in compliance with KYC and disclosure norms for investors.

Responsibilities:

Investment Note Preparation:

- Draft comprehensive investment notes for presentation to the board regarding potential investment opportunities in target companies.

- Conduct thorough analysis and provide insights to facilitate informed decision-making.

Investor Relations:

- Act as a liaison between the fund and various stakeholders, including Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNI), Family Offices, Institutions, and International conglomerates.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships to attract investment opportunities and foster trust and confidence in the fund.

Financial Intermediary Management:

- Identify, engage, and appoint banks and other financial intermediaries in different countries as partners to market the fund to their clients.

- Provide support to their sales teams by offering product information, facilitating KYC processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Fundraising Support:

- Assist in fund raising efforts by participating in roadshows and investor meetings.

- Prepare presentations and investment collateral to showcase the fund's value proposition and investment opportunities to potential investors.

Compliance Assistance:

- Ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and disclosure norms for investors.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure all regulatory requirements are met and investor interests are protected.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field; MBA or CFA qualification preferred.

- Proven experience in investment banking or related roles, with a strong understanding of financial markets and investment strategies.

- Excellent analytical and research skills, with the ability to conduct due diligence and financial analysis on potential investment opportunities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

- Experience in investor relations and fund raising, with a successful track record of attracting investment from UHNI, Family Offices, Institutions, and International conglomerates.

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the investment banking industry, particularly regarding KYC and disclosure norms.

- Proficiency in preparing investment presentations and collateral materials to effectively communicate investment opportunities to potential investors.

Experience is 3-5 years.
