Manager - Investment - Accounting Firm

Asset Management :

- Presenting update for Asset Review to the Risk Management Committee on a periodic basis

- Representing ACRE in various forums such as Committee of Creditors, JLM, Consortium meetings.

- Understanding of Acts and Regulations relating to distress sector such as IBC, SARFAESI, etc

- MIS preparation and analysis as per requirement

- Engaging with borrowers on a regular basis

- Account wise periodic reporting for Credit Rating, Internal Projections, Financial Budgeting and Investors

2. Financial Modelling :

- Understanding the underlying assets/business and translating real world situation to a financial model (forecasts cash flows of underlying business/assets)
