Manager - International Taxation

Provides technical knowledge and management oversight with the following primary responsibilities:

1. month end closing

2. regulatory reporting

3. Collation and preparation of basic details for Income Tax, GST,

TP and other tax filings

4. Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.

5. Collation and review of data for onward submission to external authorities.

- Understand the accounting systems and suggest improvement for better day to day working.

- Monitors and ensures efficient use of resources, and oversees accounting activities, including but not limited to, month end closure, accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

- Responsible for maintaining strong accounting and internal control practices. In addition, analyzing and interpreting financial data, providing recommendations to enhance system and financial performance.

- Works directly with external audit and tax firms and coordinates with auditors and tax authorities in the statutory audit, tax audit and tax compliance.

- Reviews and monitors the completion of information

- requests for the annual financial audit, including the preparation of audit schedules, reviewing items gathered for audit and independently researching questions and communicating with the external audit staff and audit management.

- Prepare and/or review various reports and tax returns.

- Oversees the month-end close process including reviewing the reconciliation of general ledger accounts, ranging from routine to complex analysis.

- Approves the recording of transactions and monitors the established processes and procedures that properly capture, track and report revenue, including deferred revenue, in accordance with the company revenue recognition policy.
