A. Need to have Min 8 years of experience in international tax.

B. Must me a EA or a CPA certified

C. Must have experience in the following:-

1.GILTI (Global Intangible Low-Taxed Income);

2. Foreign-derived intangible income (FDII) deduction;

3. Beat Erosion and anti-abuse tax (BEAT)

4. Substantial review of U.S. International Tax forms - 5471, 8858, 8865, 5472, 1118 and related statement disclosures
