Manager - International Sales - Sports Medicine

COMPANY PROFILE : Our client is Ahmedabad based manufacturing & marketing of Medical Device used in Arthroscopic Surgery & Sports Medicine.

POSITION : International Sales Managers (2)

JOB LOCATION : South Africa & Thailand

JOB SUMMARY :

The International Sales Manager will oversee Sales & Marketing in South Africa & MEAregion / ASEAN Countries.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

- In charge of Sales Management for ASEAN area distributors AND South Africa & MEA region.

- Recommending and managing distributors and agents as appropriate to the markets

- Provide technical product support/training to customers

- Provide team support for exhibitions, fairs, Med Ed events (Cad Lab & others)

- Provide support to creation of Marketing support material

- Promote strong business relationships with distributors and KOLs.

- Establish minimum sales targets/purchases based upon the parameters established by company executives, product availability and the reality of the respective markets

- Input on product development to continue to growth and maintain brand integrity

- Review distributor performance against sales targets / Goals / MPRs.

- Ensure distributors compliance with the terms and conditions of their respective agreement with the company, whilst continually looking for opportunities to improve sales performance.

- Manage products and sales training efforts that help the company and distributors achieve company targets

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES :

- Relevant experience in Sport Medicine

- Able to work in autonomy, initiative taker

- Work remotely, able to travel up to 50%

- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English spoken and written.

- Excellent communication skills, fluent in Local Language.

- Show enthusiasm, can do & self-driven attitude

- Ability to identify issues and determine steps to resolve it.

- Ability to plan and maintain day to day work.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :

- Graduate + MBA/PGDM in - Sales/Marketing/Operations/International Business

- Min 5 Years' experience of handling arthroscopy, Sports Medicine Sales.
