International Sales Manager - Leading Real Estate Developer in Pune The objective of this position is to be responsible in achieving International Sales from Middle East & UK Region. - It will broadly encapsulate increasing CP penetration, getting new CPs on board, building new avenues for increasing sales throughout, CP managing Leads through SAP, coordinating with CPs, making calls to International Leads, explaining the projects, follow up with them and converting into sales. - It will also include completing the documentation of sales with the customers and maintaining customer database. - The JD also includes complete handling of CP relations, including the coordination of CP payouts through regions. - Travelling to Middle East & UK Regions - Meeting International Sales Target - Completion of all International sales documentation - Cross selling of projects Internationally - Maintaining CP Relations and add more CPs in the International Market. - Representation at exhibitions and expos internationally.
