Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B and corporate sales, with a proven track record of bringing in high-value business. The focus of this role is on international clients, particularly in the US, Canada, and Europe markets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate leads from the US, Canada, and Europe markets through digital and social media marketing.
- Acquire new customers in the target markets who are seeking custom software development services.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including digital and social media marketing.
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
- Conduct market research to understand the needs and demands of international clients and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organisations.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations - present Unico Connect's capabilities and value proposition to prospective clients, highlighting expertise in custom software development.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, including understanding customer needs, proposing customised solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Track and report on sales performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and technical experts, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Meet and exceed sales target of $1M in annual revenue.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's/P.G degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales in the IT domain, with a focus on international sales.
Required skills :
- Experience in solution selling, including understanding customer needs, providing customised solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Strong understanding of the US, Canadian, and European IT services market.
- Proven track record of bringing in high-value business.
- In-depth knowledge of digital and social media marketing
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Hands-on experience on Chat GPT for content creation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organisation
